  I went to the Atrium today to get my highlights touched up before I go back to college. I asked for golden reddish highlights like the ones I already had in my hair. The hair stylist brought out some very red color swatches, which I promptly said no to because I wanted GOLDEN highlights, not bright red/auburn highlights. She then brought out some golden swatches which were better in color so I said okay. After putting the color in my hair (which took forever, by the way), she used some toner to strip out some of the blond from my previous highlights. When she started to dry my hair, I realized my entire head of hair was BRIGHT RED. When I went outside and saw how red my hair was in the sun, I promptly cried for an hour. This is the worst color job I have ever gotten and I am beyond disappointed. Will never be going back to the Atrium.
