  Russell is extremely good with communication, he calls us all the time and has turned into not only my insurance agent but a personal friend. I spent 10 years with USAA and have loved my experience with Russell/Farmers far more. We had an issue with being overcharged by farmers, not his agency, and he was extremely timely about getting me a refund and we even had a laugh about it. This is by far the most personalized experience iv'e ever had regarding insurance, Russell really does have your back. You can tell he really isn't just trying to get you to purchase more insurance, he genuinely cares about protecting our assets and informed us about the under coverage on our umbrella. He now takes care of all of my family and if anybody needs insurance I always recommend calling Russell.
