  I love Pozole and this place makes it perfectly. Served only on the weekends. My husband had street tacos, which were also excellent. Service was great.

  I love this place so much. It is my go to Mexican restaurant. When I lived across the street I would frequent this place probably 4 times a week.
  I come from Salinas where you get true authentic Mexican food and when I moved to the Sacramento area I couldn't find that anywhere till I visited this place.
  Their food is fresh, and always has an amazing flavor.
  The owners and workers are so friendly and kind. They gave me a shirt for free for going there so often.
  And when my father got very sick, he couldn't eat anything. He didn't want to come here cause he never had an appetite. I watched him eat an entire plate and then order left overs. Now when he comes and visits from Salinas he always asks to go to el sombrero while we are here.
  The Linares' s love you guys! It's like a little piece of a home away from home for me! Don't change a bit!
